As part of this course, we also had to maintain various blogs. I had personally never done any blogging before this course, making this task a particular challenge. However, I feel as though I was able to successfully learn this new style.

I would like to share my Climate Change and the Automotive Industry blog as I strongly believe that it is some of my best blogging work. This blog explores the relationship between the automotive industry and climate change. I not only explore this relationship, but also other factors such as politics and economics. Ultimately, I arrive at various conclusions regarding options we have to steer the automotive industry into a cleaner and more sustainable direction.

Here are a some posts that I would like to highlight in particular:

1) Climate Change vs. Trump in the Automotive Industry is exactly what you would think it is about. I analyze how the new Trump Administration could impact regulations and ultimately the automotive industry. I care deeply about the environment, and I want to make cars more environmentally friendly. The Trump Administration is not aligning with my goals, only adding to the importance of what I seek to do.

2) Climate Change and Corruption is another great post on this blog. I take a look at the recent VW scandal as well as the FCA scandal. I come to the conclusion that integrity is absolutely key to making real progress with developing truly sustainable cars.

3) Automotive Recreation and the Climate is one of my favorites. I thought that some of the ideas explored in this blog post were more creative. I investigated how automotive recreation such as Formula E could help companies develop better technologies that could ultimately be applied to road going vehicles.
